Le Petit Café

I have a favorite café in Ljubljana. OK, let’s be honest… my girlfriend has a favorite café in Ljubljana, has taken me there on both of my visits to Slovenia, and so by association, it’s now my favorite café in Ljubljana. It’s a French shop with a French motif, the coffee is fabulous and, well, what else do you need to know.

Nice photos. Maybe you can post some photos from Ljubljana of the Postojna caves.

Wonderful decorations

Al Rennie…

I've heard of the caves. Perhaps my next visit to Slovenia ;-)

Jo in Lombok…

Aren't they pretty? I love this café. Not only is their coffee some of the best in Slovenia, the place is very cute (and photogenic!).

The pictures really look great. I can feel the french ambiance from my living room. It is really interesting to me that you traveled to Slovenia to enjoy in the french cafe bar. I know that sometimes you have to go with the flow (especially when girlfriends are involved) but I like to experience the culture of the country I am visiting. Does Slovenia has a unique look and feel that you could capture with your camera and share with us or...?

Hook,

Thanks, and yes, of COURSE there's photos of Slovenia here! Just go forward and backward in the blog from this entry; you'll see.

And as far as coffee… I go wherever the coffee is great. If I'm in Paris and the best coffee in town is at a Starbucks… hahahahh OK just kidding. But really. Whoever has the best coffee, wins.

I find it so refreshing that coffee cafes are becoming displays of art creation. It's already a perk to have your coffees but it would not hurt if the ambiance feels so cozy as well.

Ljubljana is a nice place to visit when you take a trip to Slovenia. Actually, there's no real attractions in the city but Slovenia is a nice full of nature resorts country.
